What is Aerial Silks?
Aerial silks are two long pieces of special fabric hanging from the ceiling. We use the fabric to climb, wrap around our bodies, spin, drop and perform tricks in the air.
What you will learn?
Learn wraps, climbs, and drops on aerial silks. Perfect for developing core control, flexibility, and upper-body power in a safe, guided setting.
What is Aerial Sling?
An aerial sling is a piece of fabric hanging in a U-shape, like a soft swing. We can sit, lie down, stretch, spin, and perform tricks using the fabric.
What you will learn?
Explore poses, wraps, drops, transitions, and flowing movements on a single-point suspended fabric hammock, developing body control, strength, balance, and fluidity through the air.
What is Aerial Hoop (Lyra)?
An aerial hoop is a strong metal circle hanging from the ceiling. We sit, hang, spin, and perform different poses inside or around the circle.
What you will learn?
Master poses, seamless transitions, and dynamic rolls on the steel hoop. Build strong shoulders, balance, and artistic stage presence with each routine.
What is Aerial Rope (Corde Lisse)?
Aerial Rope, also known as Corde Lisse, is an aerial circus discipline that uses a thick, soft rope suspended from a high point in the ceiling to perform acrobatic movements in the air.

Experience strength and skill. Learn secure climbs, descents, and wraps using your hands, legs, and core while moving with control and precision. Build strength, grip endurance, flexibility.
Aerial Sling Is Not Aerial Yoga! : What's the Difference?
Both use suspended fabric but differ in setup, movement, and purpose.
Aerial Sling
-
One suspension point: Fabric attaches to the ceiling at one point, allowing rotation and spins.
-
Movement: Spins, aerial tricks, poses, and dynamic transitions.
-
Height: May be practised higher off the ground, depending on the setup and skill.
-
Focus: Aerial technique, strength, coordination, and artistic expression.
Aerial Hammock Yoga
-
Two suspension points: Fabric attaches at two points, creating a stable hammock.
-
Movement: Yoga poses, stretching, balance, and relaxation without free spinning.
-
Height: Usually practised closer to the ground for a more controlled experience.
-
Focus: Flexibility, body awareness, balance, and mindful movement.
The key difference: Aerial Sling focuses on spins and acrobatic skills, while Aerial Hammock Yoga uses a stable, two-point hammock for yoga and stretching.
Start from zero with complete confidence
Many students worry that they lack the physical strength to begin. That is exactly why we are here: you do not need existing strength to start, you start to build it. We guide you step by step.
Full body conditioning and flight
Every session includes intensive conditioning tailored specifically to aerial arts. Through dedicated ground and aerial exercises, you’ll build strength in your back, arms, shoulders, and core. This comprehensive workout helps keep your body resilient, strong and balanced.
What to wear
To protect your skin while training, please wear long leggings and a fitted t-shirt, or ideally a full catsuit.
Avoid clothing with zippers, buttons, or other accessories that could catch on the fabric.
Nutrition & Preparation
Stay hydrated and nourish your body with balanced, nutritious meals to support your energy, strength, and focus during training. We recommend eating a light, wholesome meal around 1–2 hours before class and avoiding training on an empty stomach or immediately after a heavy meal.
